Each full block contains the arms in the ratio you set, in a new order. The seed makes the list repeatable. Concealment and a statistician still belong on a real trial.

Questions
What is permuted block randomization?
Participants are assigned in small blocks so the treatment arms stay balanced. The order inside each block is shuffled. A block of 4 with arms A and B contains two of each, in a new order every block.
Will the same seed give the same list?
Yes. The list is built in your browser from the arms, block size, participant count, and seed. The same inputs produce the same assignments, and you can download them as CSV.
Is this enough to randomize a clinical trial?
No. A trial still needs allocation concealment, a statistician, and a locked randomization specification. This generator is a planning list, not a randomization system.
